Yes – Doormingo is built specifically for Squarespace 7.1, so you'll need a Squarespace site for it to run on. You can create your Doormingo account before your site is built, but you won't see your listings appear until Doormingo is connected to a live Squarespace website.

No problem. Your listings live on a Squarespace website — it's easy to manage yourself, no developer needed, but you don't have to build one from scratch. Our partner, ClearLead Digital, builds Squarespace websites for property managers, with Doormingo included from day one.

No. Setup takes just a few minutes: create an account, connect your site through Squarespace's official authorisation flow, and Doormingo generates a small snippet for you. One click takes you straight to the right spot in Squarespace to paste it in, and once you hit save, you're done. From there everything works like an app – buttons, settings, and clicks. No code, no CSS, ever.

Absolutely. Plans start at $99/month with 5 active listings included, and every plan comes with every Doormingo feature – smaller portfolios don't get a stripped-back version. As your portfolio grows, you can simply move up a tier.

Nothing breaks – your extra listings keep syncing as normal. Any listings above your plan's included amount are simply charged at your plan's per-listing overage rate on your next billing cycle. If you're regularly going over, moving up a tier will usually work out cheaper.

Yes — standard sites get a 14-day free trial. If you're building sites for other people, you can sign up as an affiliate instead, which lets you create handover sites with an unlimited trial for as long as the site isn't live. When you're ready to go live, you start the handover process: your client gets an email to create their own Doormingo account, choose a plan, and pay by card – with the option to be redirected to their Squarespace site to set up their Squarespace subscription too.

An active listing is one that's live on your site and available to rent or sell. Archived listings don't count towards your limit.
